At The Secret Ingredient (Is Always Love), we’re a husband-and-wife team on the Big Island. Kripa is the chef, Brandon does the heavy lifting, and together we make organic sourdough goodies with plenty of aloha.
Soft, chewy, and full of flavor — our naan breads and bagels are handcrafted with 100% organic ingredients and the natural magic of sourdough fermentation. Easy to enjoy fresh, toasted, or frozen for later.
We also serve up yummy vegan and vegetarian foods every Saturday at the Kaimu Market (8–12) — come say aloha!
