Hale Nalukea is not certified Organic, however no pesticides or non-Organic-approved fertilizers have been used on the land for two decades.

Produce is packed in compostable paper bags whenever possible. Please note that since herbs are packaged with damp paper towels to ensure freshness, these will be delivered in small "zipper"-style plastic bags.
