Nestled in Makapala, Kapaau, The Last Resort Gardens is a biodiverse micro farm cultivating 100% organic produce on the grounds of the Big Island Last Resort. Every inch of our land is tended by hand with a deep commitment to regenerative practices that nourish our ?aina and build rich, living soils. We believe in growing food that honors the land & Hawaiian culture, supports local food systems, and brings the freshest, most nutrient-dense produce to our North Kohala community. From garden to table, our vegetables, herbs, and specialty crops are grown with care, intention, and aloha for the earth.

Regenerative & Organic! (not certified). We practice cover cropping, no-till, permaculture growing methods, companion planting, native restoration. We never spray with any chemical pesticides, fungicides or herbicides. We also use KNF and other natural inputs for the health of our soil and plants!
